Damian Morris, José de Ponte & Tim Lyons - SoCLA 2022 Paper

This paper, written by Damian in conjunction with José de Ponte and Tim Lyons (both of DLA Piper), was presented at the Society of Construction Law of Australia’s 2022 conference on Getting Risk Right. It examines the different risk profiles in systems integration projects versus infrastructure projects, and discusses how the types of construction contracts traditionally used in large infrastructure projects need to be amended before they will be fit for the purpose of delivering a systems integration project into the larger infrastructure project.
